Q. Why was I charged $1.00?

A. $1.00 is charged to ensure that the connection to the website is working correctly. Do not worry this $1.00 is not an additional cost as the $1.00 is deducted when the order is charged. Please note this only occurs on your first order.

 

Q. How are frozen and refrigerated items handled?

A. All orders are picked on the day of the order. Once picked frozen and refrigerated products are kept in either a freezer or refrigerator until they are loaded into a refrigerated van to deliver to you.

 

Q. Can I add to my existing order?

A. Yes you can. Simply shop as if you normally would, then when you go to check out you will be given the option to add to your existing order.  Please note this adjustment must be made 6 hours prior to the delivery window opening.

 

Q. What if a product is missing?

A. If a product is missing it could be because it is out of stock. Please check the

Invoice that is emailed to you. Once your order is pick, check what you were and were not charged for. If you were charged for a product you did not receive or received a product that is out of date please contact Online@piedimonte.com.au and the missing products will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

Q. Why can’t I find the product or brand I’m Searching for?

A. This could be because Piedimonte’s does not stock the product or the keyword you have searched for does not match any current product or brand we stock online.

Q. Where do I get a copy of my invoice?

A. Once your order is picked an invoice is sent to your email address.

 

Q. Where do I pick up my Click and Collect order from?

A. North Fitzroy store, Click and Collect orders are collected from the Kiosk.

     Pascoe Vale store, Click and Collects are collected from the front register.

 

 

Q. Do you offer contact free delivery?

A. Yes all orders are currently contact free. The driver will leave your order on your door step and ring the bell. If you have any specific delivery requirements please leave a note in the delivery instructions.

Q. How do I confirm my order has been placed?

A. Once placing your order you will receive a confirmation email.
